Privacy

This site is a static set of pages hosted on GitHub Pages. It is about as simple as a website gets, and this policy says so plainly rather than reciting boilerplate that does not apply.

What I collect: nothing. There is no analytics on this site, no advertising, no comment system, no tracking pixels, no newsletter signup, and no cookies set by me. I do not know who visits, and I would not be able to tell you if I wanted to.

What GitHub sees. GitHub Pages serves these pages and, like any web host, receives standard request information such as IP addresses in its server logs. That is GitHub’s collection, not mine, and it is governed by the GitHub Privacy Statement.

Links off this site. Some pages link to Substack, LinkedIn, GitHub, and my curriculum portfolio. Once you follow a link, that service’s own privacy policy applies. Substack in particular sets its own cookies and handles its own subscriber data; I only see what its dashboard shows any publication owner.

Email. If you write to me at nvedugator@gmail.com, I keep the message, I reply to it, and I do not share your address with anyone or add it to any list.

Content. The writing, curriculum analysis, and tooling described here are my own work. Quote and cite them freely with attribution. The analyses are independent and are not affiliated with, reviewed by, or endorsed by any organization named in them, including the National Academies, the Nevada Department of Education, and Lyon County School District.

Questions about any of this: nvedugator@gmail.com.
